When it comes to the NBA, the referees have to manage almost everything on the ground. When any referee makes any mistake in any small club match, then that won’t be a big deal.  But, when an Important match of NBA players is being played, then there is no place for mistakes in it.

For that reason, the NBA referees have to be physically and mentally strong so that they can work actively and make the right decision at the right time.  Referees, unlike players, must run across the court for 48 minutes without stopping or having the option of occupying a certain location.
